REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Reset Room Bali, we provide personalized medical and wellness services. Due to the nature of our services (doctor time, medical preparation, and reserved capacity), refunds are limited and subject to strict conditions.
 

1. GENERAL POLICY

All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

By booking or purchasing any service or program, you agree to these terms.
 

2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Cancellations within 24 hours = no refund, no credit

  • No-shows = 100% charged

Rescheduling is allowed once if done within the 24-hour window.
 

3. ENERGY & PERFORMANCE PROGRAM (4–6 WEEKS)

Due to the personalized nature of this program (doctor time, analysis, planning, and reserved capacity), refunds are strictly limited. 

 

3.1 Eligibility for Refund (Strict Conditions)

A full refund is only considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • All included assessments have been completed, including:

    • Bloodwork

    • Consultation

    • Basic health measurements (e.g. BMI, blood pressure, etc.)

  • Reset Room determines that:

    • All biomarkers are within optimal ranges (not just “normal”)

    • No meaningful improvements can be made through:

      • Lifestyle adjustments

      • Nutrition or supplementation

      • Recovery or performance optimization

  • Reset Room is unable to provide:

    • Any actionable recommendations

    • Any structured plan for improvement

    • Any relevant next steps (including further testing or referrals)
       

3.2 Important Clarifications

A refund will NOT be granted if:

  • Any form of recommendation is provided, including:

    • Lifestyle improvements (sleep, stress, training, nutrition)

    • Supplementation advice

    • Optimization strategies (even minor improvements)

  • Additional testing, optimization, or referrals are suggested

  • The client chooses not to follow the plan or recommendations

  • The client expected different or faster results

  • Any subjective dissatisfaction is expressed
     

3.3 Refunds are ONLY possible if ALL conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 24 hours of purchase

  • No services have been used, including:

    • No consultation completed

    • No bloodwork taken

    • No IV treatment received

  • No personalized plan, dashboard, or analysis has been initiated

  • Written request is submitted via email to info@resetroombali.com
     

3.4 Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • Any part of the program has started

  • Bloodwork has been taken or processed

  • Consultation has taken place

  • A personalized plan or recommendations have been created

  • Results have been delivered or explained

  • The client changes their mind after starting
     

4. IV THERAPY & SINGLE SERVICES

  • IV treatments and single services are non-refundable once administered

  • If cancelled within the allowed timeframe (24h), a reschedule or credit may be offered at management discretion

  • Once treatment has started no refunds under any circumstances
     

5. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Results vary per individual. Reset Room does not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on factors including lifestyle, adherence, and individual physiology.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Perceived lack of results

  • Personal expectations

  • Subjective experience

 

6. REFUND PROCESS

  • All refund requests must be sent to: info@resetroombali.com

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
     

7. EXCEPTIONS

In rare cases (e.g. medical contraindications identified before treatment), Reset Room may offer:

  • Partial refund, or

  • Credit for future services. This is at sole discretion of management.
     

8. POLICY ABUSE

Reset Room reserves the right to:

  • Refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse

  • Cancel services for inappropriate behavior

  • Enforce this policy strictly to protect medical staff time and operational capacity
