Before your first drip we screen for kidney disease, heart conditions, pregnancy, and known allergies — IV therapy isn't right for everyone, and we'll tell you when it isn't. Selected packages include a doctor consultation and a travel-insurance letter for reimbursement claims.

FAQ
How long does an IV drip take?
Most drips run 30–45 minutes. Larger 1000 mL premium formulas and iron infusions take 45–60 minutes. Add about 10 minutes for consultation and cannula placement.
Do you do home service in Bali?
Yes. We come to villas, hotels and Airbnbs across South Bali — Uluwatu, Ungasan, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Seminyak, Canggu and Ubud. A nurse brings everything needed. Message us with your location and we'll confirm timing and any travel surcharge.
How much does IV therapy cost in Bali?
At Reset Room, drips start at IDR 850,000 for the basic Hydration Reset and go up to IDR 2,400,000 for the premium Bali Belly Reset. Iron infusion is IDR 1,500,000 per session, or IDR 6,500,000 for a five-session package.
Which IV drip should I get for Bali belly?
The Bali Belly Reset. It combines saline for rehydration, B-complex and vitamin C, magnesium for cramping, and ondansetron for nausea. The premium version doubles the fluid volume and adds gastric protection plus a faster-acting anti-nausea medication. If you have blood in your stool, a high fever, or symptoms lasting beyond three days, see a doctor — that's beyond what a drip fixes.
Does an IV really help a hangover?
It helps with the parts of a hangover driven by dehydration, electrolyte loss and inflammation — headache, nausea, fatigue. It doesn't clear alcohol from your system faster; only time does that. Most people report feeling noticeably better within an hour.
Is IV therapy safe?
When administered by trained clinicians with sterile equipment, yes. Common minor effects are bruising at the injection site, a cool sensation in the arm, or a metallic taste. Serious reactions are rare. IV therapy isn't suitable if you have kidney failure, certain heart conditions, or specific allergies — we screen for these before treatment.
Do I need a blood test before an IV drip?
Not for standard hydration, hangover or energy drips. Yes for iron infusion, and strongly recommended for the Custom Biohacker Reset — knowing your actual deficiencies is what separates a targeted protocol from expensive urine.
Can I claim IV therapy on travel insurance?
Selected packages include a doctor consultation and a formal insurance letter documenting the treatment. Whether your policy reimburses depends on your provider and whether the treatment was medically indicated. Ask us for the letter before you leave.
Do you take walk-ins?
We do, but WhatsApp ahead — it means your drip is prepared before you arrive. Clinic hours are daily 9am–6pm.
How often can I get an IV drip?
For general wellness, once every two to four weeks is typical. Recovery drips for illness or hangover are as-needed. Iron infusions follow a doctor-prescribed schedule based on your ferritin levels.
What's NAD+ and is it worth it?
NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy production and DNA repair, and levels decline with age. It's available as an add-on to the Custom Biohacker Reset. Evidence for its benefits is still developing — most of the strong data comes from animal studies. We'll give you the honest picture before you spend on it. NAD+ infuses slowly and can cause chest tightness or nausea if run too fast, so budget extra time.
Do you treat children?
No. Reset Room treats adults 18 and over.
